Returns :
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to return the item ?

• If you want to return the product, then please go to your order details and contact us to request the returns. 
• You can also contact us by email at info@ladyline.co.in
• We will authorize your return request and you will be provided the USA address
• Customer has to arrange and ship the item to our USA address provided.
• Return charges will be paid by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable) :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Full Refund of the returned item will be issued.
